Program: BASMA Summer Camp 2026
Dates: June 1 – August 24, 2026 (13 weeks)
Location: 6787 W Tropicana Ave, Office 260, Las Vegas, NV 89103

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Format: 2-hour focused training sessions on your child's craft of choice · 4 students max per class

Tuition: $350/week per student. Payment by Stripe, Zelle, Square, or cash. Due weekly in advance.

Permitted Uses:

Social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Website content on BasmaWorld.com
Promotional materials, flyers, ads
Press releases and media coverage
Showcase and performance recordings

This release is valid for 3 years following the end of camp. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing majorwinnersleague@gmail.com.

I DO NOT consent to photo/video use for promotional purposes. (My child may still participate.)

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By signing, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

Acknowledgment of Risk: Participation involves art activities, music activities, dance and physical movement, performance/stage activities, and general recreational activities. These carry inherent risks including minor injuries, allergic reactions, muscle strain, and hearing sensitivity.

Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, both known and unknown.

Release of Liability: I release BASMA LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, and agents from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the program.

Governing Law: This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

Student Code of Conduct

Inclusivity: Embrace diversity. Zero tolerance for bullying or harassment

Disciplinary Process: 1st offense — verbal warning · 2nd — written notice, possible separation · 3rd — parent meeting, possible suspension · Severe — immediate removal, no refund

I agree to support the BASMA Code of Conduct. I understand that violations may result in removal from the program without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

14+ days before: Full refund (100%)
7–13 days before: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
After session started: No refund for current week. Future weeks may be cancelled with 7 days' notice.
Medical emergency: Prorated refund with doctor's note
Dismissed for conduct: No refund

To request cancellation, email majorwinnersleague@gmail.com with subject "Cancellation Request — [Student Name]". Refunds processed in 7–10 business days.
